HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO REPAIR MY SHOES?
Straight forward shoe repairs like heel replacements and securing can be done While-U-Wait. Repairs like Soles & Heels and Stretching can take a couple of days.
WHICH TYPES OF KEYS DO YOU CUT?
We can duplicate keys for domestic locks, indoor locks, security locks and mortice locks. We offer a quick and efficient While-U-Wait service for all Key Cutting requests. If you are unsure before coming in, you can always pop over to our Facebook or Instagram account and send us a picture of your key and we will get back to you with an answer.
CAN YOU STRETCH MY SHOES?
Yes, all shoes can be stretched. The results can vary slightly depending on the material of the shoe, and how much stretching is needed in a particular area. With 19 Shoe Stretching machines in operation, this is a very popular service.
MY HIGH HEELS ARE VERY HARD TO WALK IN, CAN YOU MAKE THEM MORE COMFORTABLE?
Yes, all heels can be adjusted. Knowing how much the heel can be lowered by is decided based on the flexibility shoe, the type of heel whether its stiletto or a block heel, and your needs. This customised repair is guaranteed to give you the comfort you need to enjoy wearing the shoes.
WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
We are open Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm. Pat likes to start the day early and be available for customers to pop in before they start work.
